Who can provide a project within SOP HRD?
Institutions and organizations entitled to act as a project provider are specified separately for each Measure and scheme and listed in the Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development Programme Complement. The following table includes a detailed list of the entitled project providers. Detailed information on the entitled project providers, possible types of projects and their target groups (final beneficiaries) can be found in the Programme Complement.
Projects can also be implemented by partnerships. All partners should be substantively linked to the prepared project. However, only the leading partner – institution/organization to submit the project – can be the entitled project provider. Mutual rights and obligations of partners are specified each time by the partnership agreement which must include such elements as:
- objective of the partnership,
- obligations of the leading partner,
- partners’ tasks and obligations related to the project implementation,
- financial plan with the breakdown per individual partners and principles of financial management,
- principles of communication and flow of information within the partnership,
- principles of taking decisions in the partnership,
- manner of project monitoring and control.
Such agreement should be enclosed to the application for financing the project implementation. ( download a file .rtf)
