Does eligibility include expenditures within a given project which have not been listed in the financial table in the application, but which belong to the category of eligible expenditures listed in the Complement to SOP HRD?
The condition necessary for the eligibility of expenditures within the project is to include them in the project budget in the accepted application for the financing of the project implementation.
Otherwise, they may not be considered eligible.
