Measure 1.3: Creation of favourable conditions for enterprises: 

• investment projects related to the emergence and development of industrial parks, science and technology parks and technology incubators (including academic ones),
• feasibility studies, business plans, the Environmental Impact Assessment for industrial parks, science and technology parks and technological incubators, including academic entrepreneurship,
• advisory services for the entities managing of  the above mentioned parks and incubators.
