To apply for support under the SOP-ICE, projects can be submitted by business environment institutions (priority 1. of the Programme) and micro-enterprises, small and medium sized and large enterprises (priority 2. of the Programme).
Business environment institutions
Business environment institutions can apply for support under five measures within Priority 1. Business environment institutions are defined as:
Institutions offering a wide spectrum of support services for entrepreneurs. Assistance can be provided for issues relating to the formation, operation and development of enterprises. The offer of business environment institutions includes information, training, consultancy, R&D services, etc. Examples of business environment institutions include associations of entrepreneurs and persons acting on their behalf, business chambers, entrepreneurs’ self-government bodies, entrepreneurship support centres, entrepreneurship incubators, technology transfer centres, institutions from the R&D sphere, loan funds, private companies providing services for enterprises, etc. (Business support institutions).
Priority 1. measures aimed at business environment institutions:

Measure 1.2: Improvement of access to external financing for enterprise investment
Measure 1.3: Creation of favourable conditions for enterprise development
Measure 1.4: Strengthening cooperation between the research and development sphere and the economy
Measure 1.5: Development of a system of access for entrepreneurs to online information and public services

Priority 2. is broken down into four measures aimed directly at enterprises. Potential beneficiaries include micro, small and medium sized and large enterprises. Depending on the measure, support may be sought by :
